30-Days from Date of Purchase

Who Is Covered?
Within 30 days of purchase, any customer who buys a product directly from ClassCo, or through ClassCo’s web site, may return the product in good condition, along with its original packaging and sales receipt, back to ClassCo for a refund of the purchase price minus any charges for shipping and handling.  The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

How do I arrange a return?
Call ClassCo's toll free hotline at (888) CLASSCO and select option 3 to speak with product support specialist to request a return authorization (RA) number.  A ClassCo representative will give you instructions on how and where to return the product.  Before returning the product, the RA number should be clearly marked on the shipping label.  Products received without an RA number will not be accepted.
